2. Services Provided The Foundation provides assistance to veterans, including but not limited to benefits counseling, claims assistance, and other support services. The scope of services may change at the Foundation’s discretion.

3. Eligibility Our services are available to veterans and their families. By using our services, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria.

4. User Responsibilities You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only. You must not use our services to engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

5. Privacy Policy Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found here. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Authorization for Email and Text Communications By providing your email address and phone number, you consent to receive email and text messages from the Foundation. These messages may include appointment reminders, service updates, and other relevant information. Standard messaging rates may apply. You can opt out of receiving messages at any time by following the instructions provided in the messages or by contacting us directly.

7. Limitation of Liability The Foundation is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We provide our services “as is” without any warranties of any kind.
