How to Proceed

1. Register with Us: Visit our facility in person to register if you do not have an email address. If you have email access, complete the registration through our online portal by clicking Start Claim below.

2. Receive an Email Invitation: Once registered, you will receive an email invite with a link to schedule an appointment with the foundation.

3. Prepare Your Documentation: To expedite the process, gather all relevant documents, including your DD-214, medical records, and any correspondence related to your claim.

4. Stay Informed: After scheduling, you will receive a confirmation email with details about your appointment.
